And if you find that you’re one of those people who seem to fall in the glass half full mentality, remember that the point is that the glass is refillable!

We will always find ourselves facing setbacks, as this is just the nature of life, and that’s ok, so when we allow ourselves to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning, this strengthens your ability to bounce back from setbacks. Being able to change your focus to seeing challenges with a positive framework, trains your brain to find solutions more quickly than when our thoughts are caught in a negative spiral and finding problems for every solution.
